On 3/14/15 at approximately 1500 hrs., a search warrant was executed at a residence
located in the 300 block of North Cheyenne St, Powell, Wyoming. Law Enforcement Officers
from the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, the Powell Police Department, and the
Park County Sheriff’s Office executed the warrant with the assistance of the Powell Fire
Department, PVHC EMT’s and the Wyoming Regional Response Team 6 (Hazmat).
Found during the search was chemicals and precursors used to manufacture
methamphetamine, paraphernalia items used to ingest methamphetamine and marijuana, air
purification masks used in the manufacture of Meth, and powder form of Methamphetamine.
Marijuana was also seized.
John Bradley Shehan (47) of Powell was arrested and charged with several felony counts
including Unlawful Clandestine Laboratory Operations, Delivery of a Controlled Substance and
Endangering a Child, Methamphetamine. One additional adult and a juvenile were located in the
residence, the juvenile was released to the Department of Family Services.
The case is still under investigation pending additional charges.
